Our acts blend exceptional singing with interactive, high‑energy performance. A Singers for Hire show lifts the atmosphere instantly and is the ultimate ice‑breaker for any event.
Client agrees to booking terms and to pay the performance fee before the performance. Singers for Hire confirm all bookings by email. A particular date is only secured by a booking service fee and booking form, both of which will be acknowledged by us on receipt. The booking service fee is due at time of booking confirmation. Due to the long lead time on many bookings clients need to re-confirm bookings 7-14 days before the event by telephone or email. The performance fee is payable prior to the function date as per booking agreement. All Payments including installments or advance payments are nonrefundable and non-transferable.
Once the client has booked Singers for Hire will be turning away other engagements for your chosen date. Cancellation less than 240 days before engagement will incur a penalty of 50% of the total, minus prepayment.
A cancellation or venue change for any reason less than 120 days before engagement will incur a penalty of 100% fee due. We advise all clients to take out adequate wedding insurance against changes or cancellation of their event. Agreed bookings and venue locations are non- transferable. In the event of cancellation, should a resulting postponement be possible, a re-booking fee of at least 30% of original total plus travel if applicable will apply
